Vestil FJB-150 Basement Floor Jack

The Vestil welded steel floor jack post, also known as a basement floor jack, features a red oxide coating, screw and turning bar, and dual-lock pins. It extends telescopically to temporarily level, brace, and stabilize floor beams and joists during construction or repairs. With the ability to be adjusted and set to any height within the given range, this floor jack post can be used in applications with different height requirements. The welded steel construction provides strength, and the turning bar and screw bolt are used to adjust the height, while two dual-lock pins secure the post at the desired height.

Measuring 3" in diameter, the floor jack post comes with pre-drilled end plates that are 3-1/2 x 6 inches. It should be installed on a concrete floor or concrete footing, with either end up. Basement floor jacks, or jack posts, are used to temporarily secure floor beams and joists during construction and industrial applications, but should not be used as permanent supports in new construction. Made of steel for strength, floor jack posts consist of an adjustable post and two end plates. The height is adjusted using a screw, and the post is held at the desired height with a series of pins.
